Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwan Kolbe having to interfere. When Jonas Domingues came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Doug Zappa F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Domingues couldn't finish the play. If Agustín Saelices had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 24th minute, Jonas Domingues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Doug Zappa F.C.'s Iwan Kolbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 28th minute of play. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Jonas Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Doug Zappa F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Siqueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Iwan Kolbe in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Doug Zappa F.C.'s Ezequiel Nóbrega got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Doug Zappa F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, Doug Zappa F.C.'s Iwan Kolbe got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3.
