Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dragos Enicov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dragos Enicov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Cacciatore in the 7th minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Ajax Academy's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Antonio Cacciatore, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 18 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dragos Enicov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 19 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montes. Markus Andersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 27 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dragos Enicov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragos Enicov having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Ruslan Plesca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ajax Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. In the 46th minute, Ruslan Plesca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dragos Enicov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonio Cacciatore was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragos Enicov having to interfere. After 53 minutes, Antonio Cacciatore made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A nice corner shot did that Markus Andersson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dragos Enicov having to make a save. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gong Yan Bin's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Ajax Academy's Ruslan Plesca got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Ajax Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruslan Plesca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dragos Enicov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 75th minute. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 83 played minutes Ajax Academy got a freekick which was hit by Marius Cazacu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Yan Bin in the 86th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragos Enicov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Cacciatore in the 88th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Cacciatore in the 92nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Cacciatore struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ajax Academy. When Antonio Cacciatore fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ajax Academy's protests and gave Antonio Cacciatore a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Ajax Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Cacciatore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Ajax Academy to leave the ground with a draw.
