With an all-out effort, Várzea F.C.'s Pedro Manzanares threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jude Monkhouse, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Carlos Augusto Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 20th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Várzea F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Carlos Augusto Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Jude Monkhouse made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Augusto Quintal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 51st minute of the match.
