In the 8th match minute, The North Face was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavius Poplăcean to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Uruguay booed when The North Face was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. 曹森适 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Radzyminski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ioan Andone, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Radzyminski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstanty Radzyminski having to interfere. The supporters of Uruguay booed when The North Face was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zula Kazczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ioan Andone took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 31st minute of play forced The North Face's goalkeeper Konstanty Radzyminski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Konstanty Radzyminski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The North Face's 曹森适 got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The North Face's Konstanty Radzyminski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 39th minute of play. Maximiliano Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Ioan Andone sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. Konstanty Radzyminski came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 58 minutes, Flavius Poplăcean mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The North Face and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to The North Face getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. When Pompiliu Bărbătescu fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The North Face's protests and gave Pompiliu Bărbătescu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to The North Face getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Konstanty Radzyminski in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The North Face's Konstanty Radzyminski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save The North Face from getting a goal against them. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
