If Vaino Juura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcin Degutis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play forced POZANTI SPOR's goalkeeper Marcin Degutis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcin Degutis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, POZANTI SPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Marcin Degutis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcin Degutis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play forced POZANTI SPOR's goalkeeper Marcin Degutis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emre Bolat in the 26th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcin Degutis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. POZANTI SPOR's Juan-Carlos Franques quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felix Montenegro, made in the 38th minute of the game. Marcin Degutis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Felix Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 45th minute. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaino Juura, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. POZANTI SPOR's Vaino Juura got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Dursun Yılğıralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Marcin Degutis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcin Degutis. That made the score 0-3 after 66 minutes of play. With a little luck, POZANTI SPOR's Marcin Degutis got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Vaino Juura came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute of the match POZANTI SPOR got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emre Bolat ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Emre Bolat almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Andino got free with Marcin Degutis in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juan-Carlos Franques kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. POZANTI SPOR's Marcin Degutis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 84th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Felix Montenegro could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Marcin Degutis however easily saved by the left post. 90 minutes into the game, Dursun Yılğıralp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. POZANTI SPOR's Ege Onursoy was substituted for Emre Bolat. The supporters of POZANTI SPOR booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurent Blanc, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than POZANTI SPOR.
