Florentino Herauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigue Léonard in the 11th minute of the match. Florentino Herauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigue Léonard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of A.S. Ian Fenomeni booed when Santa Lucia de Merlo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Levan Poggenborg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florentino Herauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigue Léonard, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Dino Palmisano hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, M. Agus Young left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santa Lucia de Merlo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 23 minutes into the match, Santa Lucia de Merlo's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigue Léonard came free, but Florentino Herauso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ian Fenomeni's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Levan Poggenborg was slow to take the kick. During this time Santa Lucia de Merlo's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Levan Poggenborg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cristiano Granata quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cristiano Granata made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when M. Agus Young sent off a good shot on target. Santa Lucia de Merlo's Florentino Herauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigue Léonard in the 31st minute of play. Damiano De Santis hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Ian Fenomeni:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for A.S. Ian Fenomeni. Cristiano Granata had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Polo Quinteros's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Polo Quinteros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristiano Granata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match Santa Lucia de Merlo got a corner. A.S. Ian Fenomeni's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Levan Poggenborg ran over to the corner to take the kick. 83 minutes into the match, Santa Lucia de Merlo's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Palmisano came free, but Florentino Herauso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigue Léonard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Florentino Herauso made a huge save. In the 89th minute of the game Enzo Genta made a throw-in which Rodrigue Léonard played forward. Rodrigue Léonard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Florentino Herauso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Santa Lucia de Merlo's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Palmisano came free, but Florentino Herauso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the A.S. Ian Fenomeni defense, Pascal Som kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristiano Granata. The A.S. Ian Fenomeni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristiano Granata should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, Santa Lucia de Merlo could leave the field as winners, despite A.S. Ian Fenomeni having more of the ball for most of the match.
