In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Nedžo Jevtić in the 35th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chile's Pedro Indiano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 36th minute of play forced Gondor FC™'s goalkeeper Muamer Fahrić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adalberto Ecija in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thiago Pliego, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 39th minute of play forced Gondor FC™'s goalkeeper Muamer Fahrić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well-hit corner resulted in Orlando Casaus heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 42nd minute Adalberto Ecija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Casaus kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adalberto Ecija was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Muamer Fahrić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Muamer Fahrić was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Mariano Lacasa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mariano Lacasa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Muamer Fahrić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algitas Jokubaitis in the 77th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aca Gvozdić's late challenge caught a Chile's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aca Gvozdić helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gondor FC™'s Aca Gvozdić got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of Chile booed when Gondor FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aca Gvozdić didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Casaus got free with Muamer Fahrić in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saša Daničić kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match.
