Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didi Dionísio having to interfere. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Wonderkids's 罗挺树 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didi Dionísio having to interfere. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute. After 28 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. In the 30th minute, Andon Mihailovski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes, Marjan Prokopievski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wonderkids and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wonderkids's Didi Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play. A hard shot 47 in the game by 罗挺树 from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 罗挺树 to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Wonderkids were awarded a corner. Iwo Rakowicz went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 57th minute of play forced Wonderkids's goalkeeper Didi Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Didi Dionísio having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Didi Dionísio in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Didi Dionísio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Didi Dionísio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 71st minute. After 75 played minutes Wonderkids got a freekick which was hit by Apostol Nedelkov. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Wonderkids booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 82 played minutes Wonderkids got a freekick which was hit by Andon Mihailovski. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 played minutes Wonderkids got a freekick which was hit by Marjan Prokopievski. Didi Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Wonderkids's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick.
