The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arthur Saba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Per Rolandsson hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. 53 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Average Joes's Victoriano Abel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Average Joes from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arthur Saba's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Victoriano Abel threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristian Sancho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Average Joes made a substitution. Filipp Krupatkih replaced Martin Morat. After 80 minutes Average Joes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Victoriano Abel made a huge save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Silban in the 86th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Average Joes got a freekick which was hit by Matthias Liljeström. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd match minute, Average Joes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Flink to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Victoriano Abel threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Daniel Zorita this time.
