The audience thought a goal was coming when 孟振邦 got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that 孟振邦's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 41st minute, FC Pegasas Siauliai's 孟振邦 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 孟振邦, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 孟振邦 in the 56th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Romanescu having to interfere. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Pegasas Siauliai walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
