Hamílton Terra started the match with the kick off. Wladyslaw Laskowski came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by VARGINHA FC's Hamílton Terra. But to his dismay, Hamílton Terra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Denílson Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wladyslaw Laskowski having to interfere. Ludomir Wykowski kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Hamílton Terra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wladyslaw Laskowski. Westbam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hamílton Terra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Westbam's Wladyslaw Laskowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denílson Vidal in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jerzy Maziarski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. VARGINHA FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
