The referee ignored Westbam's protests and gave Damian Pordea a yellow card for diving instead. Damian Pordea hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Westbam's Gwidon Iwanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Fesik in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Otto Fesik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gwidon Iwanowski. Westbam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Otto Fesik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 19 minutes of play, Atlético Capixaba's Otto Fesik made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gwidon Iwanowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Atlético Capixaba booed when Westbam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aras Onultan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Otto Fesik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwidon Iwanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Gwidon Iwanowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gwidon Iwanowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Fesik in the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Pendekar Ngantuk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gwidon Iwanowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Gwidon Iwanowski made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Faustão Sá sent off a good shot on target. Faustão Sá might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gwidon Iwanowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Faustão Sá ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Fesik in the 38th minute of play forced Westbam's goalkeeper Gwidon Iwanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gwidon Iwanowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 59 minutes into the match, Otto Fesik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gwidon Iwanowski. A nice corner shot did that Adam Curteanu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gwidon Iwanowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gwidon Iwanowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gwidon Iwanowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pendekar Ngantuk went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. After 81 played minutes Westbam got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Furgat. In the 82nd minute Naldo Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwidon Iwanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
