Wilfred Sollohub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Bocu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Wilfred Sollohub made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dinu Bocu in the 20th minute. In the 25th minute of the match, Dinu Bocu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wilfred Sollohub saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Hamburg Fighters's zone, Valder Harpøth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pavlos Konstantakakis came out of the goal and Valder Harpøth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pavlos Konstantakakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valder Harpøth, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Valerian Podlich managed to get in a good position for a shot. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valder Harpøth made a kick off. After 56 minutes of play, Hamburg Fighters's Dinu Bocu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilfred Sollohub was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 59 played minutes YNWA classic got a freekick which was hit by Åge Hasle. The supporters of Hamburg Fighters booed when YNWA classic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjeld Gerneke didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd match minute, YNWA classic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjeld Gerneke to maneuver through the defense. Hamburg Fighters walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
