In the 3rd minute Dinu Bocu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Trac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Gianluca Balla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RumpBell's Wincent Trac did a great save. 6 minutes into the match, Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Pavlos Konstantakakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zenon Pysz. Pavlos Konstantakakis came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by RumpBell's Hardo Vatsar. But to his dismay, Hardo Vatsar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Pavlos Konstantakakis was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Hardo Vatsar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hardo Vatsar really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Hardo Vatsar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Pavlos Konstantakakis made a huge save. In the 23rd minute Hamburg Fighters were awarded a corner. Gianluca Balla went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Leandros Hölsch heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-0 via right post in the game's 25th minute. RumpBell's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After a rather tough play, Hamburg Fighters's Leandros Hölsch got a free kick in the 28th minute. Wincent Trac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Bocu in the 33rd minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Pavlos Konstantakakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hardo Vatsar. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Hamburg Fighters's goalie and right to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Hamburg Fighters's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Hardo Vatsar took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Pavlos Konstantakakis to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hardo Vatsar was the one to do the kick off. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hardo Vatsar in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hamburg Fighters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zenon Pysz was slow to take the kick. During this time RumpBell's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Zenon Pysz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pavlos Konstantakakis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 68 minutes into the match, Hamburg Fighters's goal looked a bit too open when Hardo Vatsar came free, but Pavlos Konstantakakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Wincent Trac managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Hamburg Fighters's Dinu Bocu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hamburg Fighters's Dinu Bocu got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Hardo Vatsar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RumpBell fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. In the 89th minute, Kazimierz Modrzewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pavlos Konstantakakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hardo Vatsar, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. RumpBell were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hamburg Fighters for a fine match.
