An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Cosoroabă in the 2nd minute of play forced Júbilo Iwata's goalkeeper Giovanni Pena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd minute Ruffy Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Júbilo Iwata's Giovanni Pena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionuț Cosoroabă in the 6th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Romanian Gods™'s Ionuț Cosoroabă slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Giovanni Pena. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. In the 11th minute Ivan Xabier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Murgan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zula Dziura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute Ruffy Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionuț Cosoroabă made a great header on Romanian Gods™'s corner, it was just that Júbilo Iwata's Giovanni Pena managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 19th minute Ionuț Cosoroabă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Júbilo Iwata's goalkeeper Giovanni Pena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zula Dziura. Júbilo Iwata's Giovanni Pena proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Júbilo Iwata from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ed Zeeman in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giovanni Pena saved Júbilo Iwata from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Ruffy Coutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giovanni Pena was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 28th minute, Ed Zeeman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giovanni Pena was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 33 minutes Júbilo Iwata's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ionuț Cosoroabă who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ionuț Cosoroabă almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Júbilo Iwata's Giovanni Pena did a great save. In the 35th match minute, Júbilo Iwata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwan Gondek to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Zula Dziura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giovanni Pena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ed Zeeman in the 39th minute of the match. Ed Zeeman succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 39th playminute. A hard shot 42 in the game by Ed Zeeman from a close distance when the talented Giovanni Pena managed to make a qualified save. Júbilo Iwata's players were relieved. 43 minutes into the game, Romanian Gods™'s Zula Dziura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovanni Pena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Iwan Gondek hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ed Zeeman got free with Giovanni Pena in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ed Zeeman to make the kick off. Giovanni Pena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Cosoroabă in the 53rd minute of the match. Jerônimo Mangueira hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Romanian Gods™'s goalkeeper Isac Murgan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerônimo Mangueira. Giovanni Pena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionuț Cosoroabă in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Júbilo Iwata's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Cosoroabă came free, but Giovanni Pena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
