The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eliseu Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Roland Burdzel made a huge save. After having played for 6 minutes, Benedykt Rawa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STAL ST WOLA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedykt Rawa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute, Elias Damasceno made a precise shot to the right of Roland Burdzel. STAL ST WOLA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, STAL ST WOLA's Wladyslaw Motowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Vítor Guimarães made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Zbyszek Kiepski hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agostinho Guedes during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agostinho Guedes to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, STAL ST WOLA's Benedykt Rawa got a free kick in the 20th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Agostinho Guedes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roland Burdzel. STAL ST WOLA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agostinho Guedes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 28th minute, Elias Damasceno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseu Alagoano took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roland Burdzel. Roland Burdzel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Eliseu Alagoano got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benedykt Rawa to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléberson Santana to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Eliseu Alagoano managed to get in a good position for a shot. 卡納里尼奧 FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseu Alagoano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Burdzel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abel Vidal's late challenge caught a STAL ST WOLA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Vidal helped the player get up and apologised. Abel Vidal hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the match, STAL ST WOLA's Maciej Kaczanek broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Kylian Lewandowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Vítor Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wladyslaw Motowski in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Elias Damasceno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Burdzel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Burdzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Benedykt Rawa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of STAL ST WOLA booed when 卡納里尼奧 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléberson Santana didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the 卡納里尼奧 FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
