After 4 played minutes STAL ST WOLA got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Spychalski. 8 minutes into the match, Lars-Erik Ivarsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roland Burdzel. STAL ST WOLA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars-Erik Ivarsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Roland Burdzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars-Erik Ivarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedykt Rawa hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Fryderyk Knopek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Bållström in the 14th minute of play forced STAL ST WOLA's goalkeeper Roland Burdzel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to STAL ST WOLA getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Wladyslaw Motowski hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, STAL ST WOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Ivarsson came free, but Roland Burdzel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roland Burdzel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harry Igelström's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute, Harry Igelström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the game, Charles Lenberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Roland Burdzel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wladyslaw Motowski was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 33rd minute. STAL ST WOLA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Benedykt Rawa had several of the Kingpins's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Mattias Asserlind as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 40th minute, Harry Igelström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, STAL ST WOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Ivarsson came free, but Roland Burdzel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kingpins made a substitution. Mikael Ekeberg replaced Harry Igelström. Wladyslaw Motowski hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikael Ekeberg in the 49th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Burdzel prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benedykt Rawa to make the kick off. With a little luck, STAL ST WOLA's Roland Burdzel got control of the ball when Sven Bållström tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 played minutes Kingpins got a freekick which was hit by Sven Bållström. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Ekeberg got free with Roland Burdzel in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars-Erik Ivarsson in the 66th minute of play forced STAL ST WOLA's goalkeeper Roland Burdzel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, STAL ST WOLA's Michal Pazdan got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Michal Pazdan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, Mikael Ekeberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Burdzel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. 76 minutes into the match, STAL ST WOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Ivarsson came free, but Roland Burdzel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Rönn kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Roland Burdzel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars-Erik Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Mattias Asserlind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Rawa in the 88th minute of play. Michal Pazdan hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Roland Burdzel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Bållström, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After a rather tough play, Kingpins's Ture Torsberg got a free kick in the 96th minute. After having played for 98 minutes, Wladyslaw Motowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STAL ST WOLA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wladyslaw Motowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Kingpins supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kingpins would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
