The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Harold Sigtenborg hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Jefferson Maia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Đorđije Élisabeth. Seed Town West's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Seed Town West defense, Sidnei Dionísio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Đorđije Élisabeth. The Seed Town West fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Đorđije Élisabeth should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute, Harold Sigtenborg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save 卡納里尼奧 FC from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Seed Town West's goal looked a bit too open when Agostinho Guedes came free, but Đorđije Élisabeth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Đorđije Élisabeth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson Maia in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Dionísio in the 28th minute of play forced Seed Town West's goalkeeper Đorđije Élisabeth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Đorđije Élisabeth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Damasceno in the 29th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel Vidal. Fred Fynsø charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fred Fynsø the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd minute, Fred Fynsø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Damasceno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half 卡納里尼奧 FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agostinho Guedes during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Seed Town West booed when 卡納里尼奧 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agostinho Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Vítor Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristofer Kilstrøm in the 64th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Elias Damasceno could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Đorđije Élisabeth however easily saved by the left post. Kristofer Kilstrøm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Severino da Cunha was substituted for Sidnei Dionísio. Seed Town West made a substitution. Folmer Fredhof replaced Freddi Kallesøe. Agostinho Guedes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Đorđije Élisabeth skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kristofer Kilstrøm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Damasceno to maneuver through the defense. Kristofer Kilstrøm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Guimarães having to interfere. Đorđije Élisabeth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson Maia in the 87th minute of the match. Elias Damasceno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Đorđije Élisabeth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Đorđije Élisabeth was a little too slow when Jefferson Maia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-2.
