The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axl Rose made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, MAFFIAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to MAFFIAN getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Greger Broberg hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goal looked a bit too open when Gunde Svan came free, but Santos Hori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Howling Dawn U18's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Alex Vallin scored to the left of an out of position Santos Hori, making the score, 0-1. MAFFIAN made a substitution. Dennis Edström replaced George Svensson. MAFFIAN's Hugo Nyman was substituted for Rudolf Josefsson. MAFFIAN's Torgny Mogren was substituted for Thomas Wassberg. The goal made the score 0-2. 95 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's Astor Manilan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aron Dahlbom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Howling Dawn U18 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MAFFIAN's performance. The match ended with a win for MAFFIAN.
