When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Mikael Ekeberg put it in 2-5 from a short distance just to the right of Martin Pasqua. When Martin Amenedo fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chivos de Punto Fijo's protests and gave Martin Amenedo a yellow card for diving instead. Martin Amenedo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Mikael Ekebergs short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Martin Pasqua to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 84thth minute of the game Mikael Ekeberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chivos de Punto Fijo's Martin Pasqua was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ralf Olsmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chivos de Punto Fijo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Mikael Ekeberg scored to the left of an out of position Martin Pasqua, making the score, 2-6. Ralf Olsmann struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Martin Pasqua didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kingpins. Chivos de Punto Fijo made a substitution. Gabriel Gay replaced Lauren Traspuesto. Mattias Asserlind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher Riverol in the 97th minute of play.
