The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sidnei Dionísio during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to 卡納里尼奧 FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Sidnei Dionísio hit a great ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Alex Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Loser FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sidnei Dionísio got his second yellow card in the match during the 10th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to 卡納里尼奧 FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Sidnei Dionísio hit a great ball. Agostinho Guedes took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliseu Negri. Eliseu Negri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 18 minutes, Cléberson Santana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 卡納里尼奧 FC and the New Loser FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cléberson Santana hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Cléberson Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save 卡納里尼奧 FC from getting a goal against them. Agostinho Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 31 minutes, Eliseu Alagoano made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. New Loser FC's Eliseu Negri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 41 played minutes New Loser FC got a freekick which was hit by Olívio Coutinho. In the 42nd minute, Evaristo Guimarães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Paulo Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. João Vítor Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Célio Albuquerque hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. João Vítor Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo Nogueira in the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Eliseu Alagoano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eliseu Negri, 0-4. Luís Paulo Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Guimarães having to interfere. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Armandinho Pombal was substituted for Régis Vides. After a defensive mix-up in 卡納里尼奧 FC's zone, Cássio Britto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Guimarães came out of the goal and Cássio Britto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João Vítor Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Britto in the 77th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in 卡納里尼奧 FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! New Loser FC's Andrea Shevchenko was substituted for Cássio Britto. Eliseu Alagoano struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Eliseu Negri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 卡納里尼奧 FC. After 95 played minutes New Loser FC got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Shevchenko. The 卡納里尼奧 FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing 卡納里尼奧 FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
