After some careless play in the Lupere FC - DMZ defense, Gayand Pombo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walmir Leme. The Lupere FC - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walmir Leme should have stopped the shot. Luzea Pedrero charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luzea Pedrero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th match minute, Chivos de Punto Fijo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luzea Pedrero to maneuver through the defense. Lupere FC - DMZ's Walmir Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christopher Riverol in the 16th minute of play. Juarês Bastos hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Vitório Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Jaunzuria Azpeitia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Walmir Leme showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cristóvão Alves hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Riverol in the 26th minute of play forced Lupere FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Walmir Leme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walmir Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christopher Riverol, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 34th minute of the match Jaunzuria Azpeitia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Walmir Leme skillfully saved the ball. Lupere FC - DMZ's Walmir Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christopher Riverol in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lupere FC - DMZ's Antônio Xavier got a free kick in the 36th minute. Walmir Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gayand Pombo in the 42nd minute of play. Walmir Leme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christopher Riverol went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gayand Pombo was the one to do the kick off. Christopher Riverol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walmir Leme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gayand Pombo in the 53rd minute of play. If Renan Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 55 minutes into the match, Chivos de Punto Fijo's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Quirino came free, but Martin Pasqua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Pasqua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Martin Pasqua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan Quirino in the 57th minute of the match. Renan Quirino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Walmir Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christopher Riverol's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Freddy Figueruela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 83rd minute, Jorginho Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Lupere FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Cristóvão Alves hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Lupere FC - DMZ's Jorginho Madureira got a free kick in the 90th minute. Chivos de Punto Fijo made a substitution. Gabriel Gay replaced Lauren Traspuesto. After 91 played minutes Lupere FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Jorginho Madureira. Rosalio Azpiazu missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 93 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Walmir Leme right hand side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Lupere FC - DMZ were victorious despite being under pressure from Chivos de Punto Fijo for much of the match.
