Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 9 minutes into the match, Saul Piarres sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Rolando Noboa threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Saul Piarres this time. In the 10th match minute, Schuster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrico Pagliarini to maneuver through the defense. Julian Murillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donato Ali narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Schuster's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Donato Ali despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Schuster's goalkeeper Donato Ali, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Schuster's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Milagros Fraga heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 30 minutes into the match, Mauro Bezerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro Bezerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Schuster's zone, Eliseo Mina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Ali came out of the goal and Eliseo Mina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donato Ali came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Donato Ali didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Mauro Bezerra made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute the ball was on its way in behind Schuster's goalkeeper Donato Ali, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 52nd minute, Achille Passerini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 played minutes Schuster got a freekick which was hit by 沈真威. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Bezerra in the 59th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Schuster's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Donato Ali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Bezerra might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Bezerra ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Ali saved Schuster from getting behind. Schuster's Richy Hensmans was substituted for Flavio Miconi. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Schuster's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. In the 74th minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Filiberto Paternina made in the 79th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Richy Hensmans immediately put the ball in play. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. A sloppy throw-in by Enrico Pagliarini in the 84th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. 85 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donato Ali narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Donato Ali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Bezerra in the 88th minute of play. Enrico Pagliarini made in the 90th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Filiberto Paternina however managed to control. 92 minutes into the match, Peru's Rafael Gallo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donato Ali narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Donato Ali came out and tried to block the shot, but Milagros Fraga slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 93rd minute.
