Usain Bolt hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Christopher Reimann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 25th minute of the match. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. Christopher Reimann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abram Sarmiento to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Axel Montenegro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christopher Reimann. That made the score 2-2 after 51 minutes of play. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. The corner led Colombia's Axel Montenegro to fire away a dangerous shot which Christopher Reimann despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Asım Arif Rasi tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Christopher Reimann. In the 93rdth minute of the game Procopio Mayorga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Procopio Mayorga went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON.
