The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21 getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Claudio Paskal hit a great ball. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Tino having to interfere. Joel Gaona scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Tino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Carlos Tino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Tino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 19th minute of play forced ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's goalkeeper Carlos Tino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Tino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 22nd minute of play. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aquiles Gaspard showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 24 minute of play. After having played for 28 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 31st minute of play forced ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's goalkeeper Carlos Tino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Verheijden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Carlos Tino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Mexico were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Aquiles Gaspard made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Aquiles Gaspard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carlos Tino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Tino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Aquiles Gaspard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Verheijden in the 66th minute of play. When ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's Hubert Verheijden in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Carlos Tino in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Carlos Tino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Carlos Tino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Carlos Tino was a little too slow when Alberto Tafalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute of play forced ★ Idεɭcαp FC ツ★ u21's goalkeeper Carlos Tino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Vito Bonito notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito Bonito in the 90th minute of play.
