The audience thought a goal was coming when Saverio Petrigai got free with Dante Lacasa in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Jesús Banana sent off a good shot on target. 15 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emil Arendarski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Saverio Petrigai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Dante Lacasa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 27 minutes into the game, Luca Rouco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mexico's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Juventud Unida the free kick. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clodoveo Hanni in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the CA Juventud Unida defense, Joel Gaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Arendarski. The CA Juventud Unida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Arendarski should have stopped the shot. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Iyan in the 32nd minute of the match. CA Juventud Unida's Emil Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 34th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Petrigai in the 35th minute of the match. Emil Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesús Banana was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, CA Juventud Unida's Ján Hanzel got a free kick in the 56th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Braulio Iyan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Emil Arendarski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Saverio Petrigai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Petrigai in the 68th minute of play.
