Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 肖升昂 came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 91st minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 罗希勇 in the 95th minute of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lv Yan Xiang in the 97th minute of play. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ≮王者归来≯ 君临天下 throughout the match.
