Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. Per-Olof Brovall came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 10th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Yeadon United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Luis Andino made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Yeadon United's Per-Olof Brovall managed to reach the ball for a save. 15 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Videl Larrañaga came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milosz Pozorski charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Milosz Pozorski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Yeadon United getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Milosz Pozorski hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Olof Brovall saved Yeadon United from getting behind. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Milosz Pozorski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of play forced Yeadon United's goalkeeper Per-Olof Brovall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Christopher Buxton put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Felix Montenegro hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Per-Olof Brovall was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. 37 minutes into the match, Yeadon United's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Per-Olof Brovall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christopher Buxton to make the kick off. With a little luck, Yeadon United's Per-Olof Brovall got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Yves Bonheur fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yeadon United's protests and gave Yves Bonheur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute Christopher Buxton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Buxton in the 91st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Yeadon United's Kyrylo Korniychuk got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Yeadon United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milosz Pozorski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador played a much better game than Yeadon United and deserved their victory. The Yeadon United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
