Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Kong Jing Kun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Los Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Zhu Xi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Los Galacticos were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xie Yue Chao took the corner. The corner led Los Galacticos's Xie Yue Chao to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 15th minute, Kong Jing Kun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute Xie Yue Chao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Xie Yue Chao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kong Jing Kun in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Los Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Zhu Xi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Kong Jing Kun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kong Jing Kun in the 30th minute of the match. Los Galacticos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kong Jing Kun in the 46th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Galacticos's Kong Jing Kun. But to his dismay, Kong Jing Kun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kong Jing Kun made a kick off. With a little luck, Los Galacticos's Zhu Xi got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Kong Jing Kun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Venezuela's Tomas Illescas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zhu Xi. That made the score 1-1 after 63 minutes of play. Los Galacticos made a substitution. Ruben Le replaced Xie Yue Chao. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Pablo Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruben Le received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Vito Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Le, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Mina was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 85 minutes into the match. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezuela! The referee gave Los Galacticos a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Witomir Lampa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 2-1. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kong Jing Kun in the 93rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Galacticos's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zhu Xi came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 96 minutes into the game, Pablo Aimar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Galacticos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Pablo Aimar hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Los Galacticos were the better team. Los Galacticos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
