Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Lluis came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Montrell Harrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sportivo Ben Hur's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The crowd rose to their feet as Anselmo Lluis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dante Lacasa. That made the score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. Montrell Harrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Sportivo Ben Hur's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Facundo Cadaval almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sportivo Ben Hur's Montrell Harrell did a great save. After 18 minutes Sportivo Ben Hur's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lautaro Mancebo in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Montrell Harrell saved Sportivo Ben Hur from getting behind. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sportivo Ben Hur's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Primitivo Chaime sent off a good shot on target. 25 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Lluis came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Hagi in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Montrell Harrell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alberto Tafalla scored 2-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Montrell Harrell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sportivo Ben Hur's Montrell Harrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 35th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Facundo Cadaval could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Montrell Harrell made a huge save. Primitivo Chaime sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Sportivo Ben Hur defense, Lautaro Mancebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Montrell Harrell. The Sportivo Ben Hur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Montrell Harrell should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Anselmo Lluis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Ben Hur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. Mexico's Jonathan Atenas was substituted for Felix Luque. In the 65th minute, Anselmo Lluis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montrell Harrell having to interfere. Sportivo Ben Hur made a substitution. Emanuel Hielscher replaced Délio Toledo. Montrell Harrell made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sportivo Ben Hur's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Montrell Harrell quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 84 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Montrell Harrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Montrell Harrell in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the game, Cesar Hori was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Ben Hur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Lautaro Mancebo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Montrell Harrell despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sportivo Ben Hur fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mexico had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
