Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Julian Murillo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Segundo Aureo hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Rolando Noboa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaias Jakue went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 9th minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Maximo Horquizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Luz Tejedor notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sporting Buceo's Maximo Horquizar. Maximo Horquizar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Jakue in the 15th minute of play. Maximo Horquizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Isaias Jakue recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa. Isaias Jakue showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Maximo Horquizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Alonso Berganza quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Segundo Aureo, made in the 28th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Jakue got free with Rolando Noboa in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute, Isaias Jakue made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Sporting Buceo's Segundo Aureo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alonso Berganza, made in the 41st minute of the game. Maximo Horquizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 43rd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaias Jakue to strike the kick off in the second half. Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Segundo Aureo in the 56 minute of the game. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Maximo Horquizar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sebastian Muc was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Buceo's players had a chance to rest. If Eliseo Mina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 83 minutes of play, Sporting Buceo's Sergio Rengifo made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Horquizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Maximo Horquizar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Tenorio. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Rengifo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 96thth minute of the game Sergio Rengifo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sporting Buceo's Maximo Horquizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Tenorio in the 97th minute of play. Many of Peru's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Peru may have spent more time on the ball, but Sporting Buceo were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
