A sloppy throw-in by Walmyr Severo in the 5th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by BV Borussia Hammarby's Ingvar Brolin. Honorio Florin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Grzegorz Piechna made a huge save. Honorio Florin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grzegorz Piechna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Honorio Florin managed to get in a good position for a shot. BV Borussia Hammarby's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorio Florin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grzegorz Piechna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, GOD OF WAR's Grzegorz Piechna got control of the ball when Honorio Florin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jairo Asteguieta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vassilis Drambas in the 24th minute of the match. BV Borussia Hammarby's Honorio Florin got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Asteguieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Bertoglio in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorio Florin got free with Grzegorz Piechna in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, BV Borussia Hammarby's Rune Fristedt got a free kick in the 44th minute. BV Borussia Hammarby's Ingvar Brolin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Walmyr Severo, made in the 47th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Honorio Florin to make the kick off. BV Borussia Hammarby's Jairo Asteguieta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save BV Borussia Hammarby from getting a goal against them. Jairo Asteguieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Bertoglio in the 59th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Vassilis Drambas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jairo Asteguieta. The goal made the score 0-2. BV Borussia Hammarby made a substitution. Andy Boerma replaced Quincy Qvalfeldt. GOD OF WAR made a substitution. Daníel Sundgren replaced Facundo Bertoglio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daníel Sundgren in the 70th minute of play forced BV Borussia Hammarby's goalkeeper Jairo Asteguieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Asteguieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daníel Sundgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the match, GOD OF WAR's goal looked a bit too open when Orvar Kihlman came free, but Grzegorz Piechna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Anacleto Fuentes in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BV Borussia Hammarby's Ingvar Brolin. After some careless play in the GOD OF WAR defense, Andy Boerma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grzegorz Piechna. The GOD OF WAR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grzegorz Piechna should have stopped the shot. GOD OF WAR's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
