Monty Rogers took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremias Moreno. Jeremias Moreno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Oliver Bierhoff's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Day was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 20thth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 28 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Jeremias Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacob May made in the 40th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cassius Byrne. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Áron Bódog stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Jeremias Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Áron Bódog in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Cassius Byrne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jeremias Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 61st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Mcdonald got free with Jeremias Moreno in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Áron Bódog came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 81st minute of play. After 82 played minutes ADM Taquaras got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Perez. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. After a rather tough play, ADM Taquaras's Celsinho Perez got a free kick in the 83rd minute. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celsinho Perez in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Áron Bódog in the 87th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacob May's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Jeremias Moreno skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Baker got free with Jeremias Moreno in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ADM Taquaras throughout the match.
