Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Zbyszko Tusk started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xorxe Viguera having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xorxe Viguera was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 8th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xorxe Viguera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Xorxe Viguera. 11 minutes into the match, FORTALEZA's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Xorxe Viguera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stoyo Kamenarski in the 15th minute. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Egor Zabarenko was slow to take the kick. During this time FORTALEZA's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Egor Zabarenko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 28 minutes into the match, FORTALEZA's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Xorxe Viguera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 31st minute of play forced FORTALEZA's goalkeeper Xorxe Viguera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xorxe Viguera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xorxe Viguera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FORTALEZA booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Egor Zabarenko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 38th minute of play forced FORTALEZA's goalkeeper Xorxe Viguera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Montenegro made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FORTALEZA's Pilip Panfilov. After 49 minutes FORTALEZA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Xorxe Viguera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 56th minute. The corner ended in Felix Montenegro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FORTALEZA's Xorxe Viguera did a great save. The Ecuador fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Ecuador's Felix Montenegro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Xorxe Viguera made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dmitry Yakubovsky hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, Zbyszko Tusk notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 79th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Xorxe Viguera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Xorxe Viguera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dmitry Yakubovsky kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FORTALEZA.
