Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pastor Valery saved Capdevilla from getting behind. Miguel Diagur struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capdevilla. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Diagur got free with Dante Lacasa in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miguel Diagur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Capdevilla were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adolfo Dolfo took the corner. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Maju in the 12th minute of the match. Pastor Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Capdevilla's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Leonardo Leoz got a free kick in the 18th minute. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Valery having to interfere. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Diagur might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Diagur ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Miguel Diagur tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Tafalla scored 0-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pastor Valery, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44thth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Capdevilla's Pastor Valery was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Berdoi in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Capdevilla booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Macos Graciani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Capdevilla's Pastor Valery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Capdevilla from getting a goal against them. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Valery having to interfere. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Pastor Valery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 71st minute of the match. 75 minutes in the game, Alberto Tafalla fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Pastor Valery having to interfere. A collision led to Capdevilla getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Omar Maju hit a great ball. Pastor Valery made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. After 81 played minutes Capdevilla got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Lehior. When Hilario Domeka fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capdevilla's protests and gave Hilario Domeka a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mexico booed when Capdevilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Domeka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Gaona shot from long distance after 83 played minutes, a shot that Pastor Valery with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. After 85 minutes, Miguel Diagur made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side.
