Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edwin van der Sar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Pero Falla's late challenge caught a Colombia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pero Falla helped the player get up and apologised. Pero Falla kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Colombia players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
