The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Filip Bronder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Zahn in the 6th minute of play. If Marko Köller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Matthias Zahn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filip Bronder was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 16th minute, Marko Köller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Angst vorm Ball's Jens Schrape proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save FC Angst vorm Ball from getting a goal against them. Filip Bronder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Zahn, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. A collision led to Fedaykin of Arrakeen getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Deng Guo Yang hit a great ball. With a little luck, FC Angst vorm Ball's Jens Schrape got control of the ball when Bogumil Zbydniewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bogumil Zbydniewski came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jens Schrape could save by the left post. With a little luck, FC Angst vorm Ball's Jens Schrape got control of the ball when Bogumil Zbydniewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filip Bronder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Zahn in the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Deng Guo Yang sped through FC Angst vorm Ball's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jens Schrape. After 87 minutes of play, Fedaykin of Arrakeen's Bogumil Zbydniewski made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens Schrape was left in no man's land by his defense there! 93 minutes into the match, Deng Guo Yang notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of FC Angst vorm Ball's Jens Schrape. Jens Schrape was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fedaykin of Arrakeen's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
