In the 18th minute, Zachary Parzysz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Rune Griffenfeld scored to the left of an out of position Elder de Toledo, making the score, 1-1. 蔡强天 hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachary Parzysz in the 29th minute of play forced Esbjerg fB's goalkeeper Donato Bordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Esbjerg fB's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Minotti came free, but Donato Bordon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elder de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Griffenfeld in the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Servet Turabi got free with Elder de Toledo in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elder de Toledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Servet Turabi in the 42nd minute. In the 44th match minute, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zachary Parzysz to maneuver through the defense. Servet Turabi came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Elder de Toledo could save by the left post. In the 45th minute of the match, Servet Turabi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Elder de Toledo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 46th minute, Lino Budimir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Elder de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rune Griffenfeld in the 47th minute of play.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zachary Parzysz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Esbjerg fB fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Esbjerg fB's Rune Griffenfeld looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rune Griffenfeld in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elder de Toledo saved GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Servet Turabi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esbjerg fB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ made a substitution. Stanislav Miškić replaced Lino Budimir. Donato Bordon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zachary Parzysz in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute Rune Griffenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esbjerg fB were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ib Dalsted took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ib Dalsted got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elder de Toledo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Zachary Parzysz managed to get in a good position for a shot. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zachary Parzysz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Bordon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kelvin Coleman charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kelvin Coleman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kelvin Coleman kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Kelvin Coleman got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Donato Bordon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Minotti in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute, Kelvin Coleman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esbjerg fB's Rune Griffenfeld got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Esbjerg fB's Ib Dalsted got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Bruno Šimunko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Esbjerg fB fans cheered their team off the field, for while GNK Dinamo Zagreb™ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
