In the 26th minute of the match, Nicola Zalewski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Igor Deput in the 27th minute. The corner led Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Igor Deput to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Stanislaw Siembab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Artur Rydzewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 37 played minutes Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Szymon Andryszyn stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Jonathan Ferrant stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Venezuela of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Ludwa in the 51st minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Teofil Ludwa. But to his dismay, Teofil Ludwa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Miroslaw Basaik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Venegas in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. After 60 played minutes Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Ptaszek. With a little luck, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Miroslaw Basaik got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Deput, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Stanislaw Siembab looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Stanislaw Siembab recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Miroslaw Basaik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 94 minutes, Stanislaw Siembab managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
