After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Arnaldo Basajaun managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Basajaun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Tono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Mariusz Komornicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fikret Uluğ in the 8th minute of play. Arnaldo Basajaun ran back to his position shaking his head. 24 minutes into the match, Vaqueteros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Basajaun came free, but Javier Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Fikret Uluğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Komornicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mo Le Liang kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Mariusz Komornicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fikret Uluğ in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Argina came free, but Mariusz Komornicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 68th minute, Urbano Aballe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Basajaun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Tono. Vaqueteros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Basajaun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Vivaldo de Toledo was substituted for Winnie Winger. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Vitório Barbosa was substituted for Mo Le Liang. Tosun Paşa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariusz Komornicki having to make a save. After 79 minutes of play, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Rodrigo Trigo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Javier Tono was left in no man's land by his defense there! 83 minutes into the match, Vaqueteros FC's Tosun Paşa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariusz Komornicki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Trigo in the 85th minute of play forced Vaqueteros FC's goalkeeper Javier Tono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Vaqueteros FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vitório Barbosa took the corner. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Vitório Barbosa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Javier Tono in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tosun Paşa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Mariusz Komornicki made a huge save.
