The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alo Ülipikk during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Grimório's Alo Ülipikk got a free kick in the 4th minute. The supporters of FC Germania München booed when Grimório was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 played minutes, FC Germania München's Raitis Porītis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Niedziela came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Germania München reached it. In the 8th match minute, Grimório was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Värnik to maneuver through the defense. Wawrzyniec Niedziela came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Germania München's Karsten Zentner. But to his dismay, Karsten Zentner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 13 minutes FC Germania München's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kajar Püss who took care of the corner kick. Kajar Püss made a great header on Grimório's corner, it was just that FC Germania München's Richard Mühsam managed to reach the ball for a save. Richard Mühsam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kajar Püss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute of the match Grimório got a corner. FC Germania München's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kajar Püss ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Alo Ülipikk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Richard Mühsam quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Karsten Zentner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela made a huge save. Wawrzyniec Niedziela came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Germania München's Karsten Zentner. But to his dismay, Karsten Zentner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Grimório's Wawrzyniec Niedziela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Grimório from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the match, Grimório's goal looked a bit too open when Silvester Overesch came free, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Grimório's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Niedziela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kasper Rechkemmer. In the 32ndth minute of the game Alo Ülipikk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Germania München's Richard Mühsam was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, FC Germania München's goal looked a bit too open when Kajar Püss came free, but Richard Mühsam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Germania München's Richard Mühsam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tõnis Kaldvee in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karsten Zentner in the 41st minute of play forced Grimório's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Niedziela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alo Ülipikk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Mühsam having to interfere. Ludger Krug could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela made a huge save. Wawrzyniec Niedziela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karsten Zentner in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Wawrzyniec Niedziela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvester Overesch, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Grimório's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Niedziela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88th minute Karsten Zentner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Kusti Jaas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
