When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Curcio Alonso made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Véber in the 51st minute of play forced KANONIERZY's goalkeeper Christian Abbiati to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes into the match, KANONIERZY's Gösta Söderberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Generoso Beloki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. KANONIERZY's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivo Chaves in the 54th minute. It was a well-played corner which Ime Mavros managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 64th minute, Gösta Söderberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KANONIERZY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The supporters of Vodka Stars 1949 booed when KANONIERZY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gösta Söderberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vodka Stars 1949's Santos Valladolid was substituted for Edmundo London. Gösta Söderberg hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Gösta Söderberg sped through Vodka Stars 1949's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Generoso Beloki. KANONIERZY made a substitution. Ludomil Poteralski replaced Bernard Poniewaz. Gösta Söderberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Generoso Beloki came out and tried to block the shot, but Gösta Söderberg slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 82nd minute. KANONIERZY's Damazy Fleischer was substituted for Julian Zgonina. A throw-in in the 95th minute of the game was made by Alifonso Irureta with Lucas Montaña as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The Vodka Stars 1949 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KANONIERZY's performance. The match ended with a win for KANONIERZY.
