In the 16th minute, Kalmer Üksvärav ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Dante Lacasa was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Wilfredo Gitano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wilfredo Gitano really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Tadeo Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tadeo Distiratsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 28th minute of play. Tadeo Distiratsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilfredo Gitano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tadeo Distiratsu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 52nd minute. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu did a great save. In the 92nd match minute, Jarana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yang Yao Kuan to maneuver through the defense. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Jarana FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Mexico for much of the match.
