The Skånes stolthet! fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Skånes stolthet!'s David Accam looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Clementsson in the 18th minute of play forced DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's goalkeeper Aguirre Verde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to DUBAI Palm Jumeirah getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Bass Duchateau hit a great ball. Aguirre Verde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timmy Clementsson went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A hard shot 30 in the game by David Accam from a close distance when the talented Aguirre Verde managed to make a qualified save. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's players were relieved. 36 minutes into the match, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's goalkeeper Aguirre Verde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timmy Clementsson. In the 38th minute Teofilo Gutierrez-Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aguirre Verde made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Timmy Clementsson sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Skånes stolthet! booed when DUBAI Palm Jumeirah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Plop didn't get a good kick on the ball. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Aguirre Verde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save DUBAI Palm Jumeirah from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timmy Clementsson in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aguirre Verde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Donato Christobal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Hugo Bergqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Aguirre Verde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Korytkowski in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute Iulian Miu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aguirre Verde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Clementsson in the 59th minute of play forced DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's goalkeeper Aguirre Verde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the DUBAI Palm Jumeirah defense, David Accam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aguirre Verde. The DUBAI Palm Jumeirah fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aguirre Verde should have stopped the shot. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Aguirre Verde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvard Lange in the 66th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's zone, Robin Alin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aguirre Verde came out of the goal and Robin Alin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 69 played minutes DUBAI Palm Jumeirah got a freekick which was hit by Bass Duchateau. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Aguirre Verde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Accam in the 72nd minute of play. Aguirre Verde came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Skånes stolthet!'s Sigvard Lange. But to his dismay, Sigvard Lange quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some careless play in the DUBAI Palm Jumeirah defense, David Accam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aguirre Verde. The DUBAI Palm Jumeirah fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aguirre Verde should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Stefan Korytkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aguirre Verde. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stefan Korytkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. After 91 minutes of play, Skånes stolthet!'s David Accam made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aguirre Verde was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aguirre Verde came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Skånes stolthet!'s Timmy Clementsson. But to his dismay, Timmy Clementsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. There was no doubt that Skånes stolthet! were the better team. Skånes stolthet!'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
