When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Norberto Tiadoro sped through DINAMO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ysmael Marfil. With a little luck, Abasto fútbol club's Angelino Roldan got control of the ball when Ryszard Borcz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ryszard Borcz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Angelino Roldan made a huge save. Norberto Tiadoro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ysmael Marfil having to make a save. In the 20th minute, Norberto Tiadoro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Abasto fútbol club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Angelino Roldan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ryszard Borcz in the 26th minute. Norberto Tiadoro might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ysmael Marfil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norberto Tiadoro ran back to his position shaking his head. Ysmael Marfil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Tiadoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Angelino Roldan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duro Miner in the 28th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Claudio-Paul Caniggia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ysmael Marfil came out of the goal and Claudio-Paul Caniggia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Tiadoro came free, but Ysmael Marfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ysmael Marfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Tiadoro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ysmael Marfil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norberto Tiadoro went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 39 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Falcão came free, but Ysmael Marfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Abasto fútbol club were awarded a corner. Hudson Falcão went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Hudson Falcão almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil did a great save. Norberto Tiadoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ysmael Marfil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norberto Tiadoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ysmael Marfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Tiadoro in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norberto Tiadoro to strike the kick off in the second half.
