Kang Ying Hai made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Gu Chang Peng sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Ripa FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Alvaro Jakes hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Ripa FC's Braulio Emeterio got a free kick in the 25th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Agustin Gartzen managed to get in a good position for a shot. ..Villa Rugby Club..'s supporters rose to their feet, but Agustin Gartzen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
