Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Berganza made the kick off which started today's match. Doriva Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 3rd minute of play. Panama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abraham Alguacil in the 5th minute. Doriva Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Jucuitiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Maria Vaz to maneuver through the defense. Abraham Alguacil, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Doriva Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Jucuitiba getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Luiz Guilherme Romero hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Jucuitiba's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Doriva Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23rd play minutes José Maria Vaz shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Marcos Cotilla and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Luiz Guilherme Romero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Cotilla was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Luiz Guilherme Romero sped through Panama's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Isidoro Sarmiento hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The supporters of Jucuitiba booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Ros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Jonathan Galvão sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredão Gomes in the 38th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Róbson Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the match Abraham Alguacil shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Doriva Figueiredo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Panama fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Panama's Tomas Berganza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michel Agüero made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 53rd minute of play forced Jucuitiba's goalkeeper Doriva Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doriva Figueiredo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Jonathan Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Jucuitiba's Jonathan Galvão. But to his dismay, Jonathan Galvão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 71 minutes, José Maria Vaz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jucuitiba and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 71 played minutes Jucuitiba got a freekick which was hit by José Maria Vaz. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doriva Figueiredo having to interfere. Doriva Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 79th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento made a precise shot to the right of Doriva Figueiredo. Jucuitiba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. Doriva Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Jonathan Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jucuitiba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
