Isidoro Rio came out and tried to block the shot, but Prudencio Bilbo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. Bello Cura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ovidiu Acatincăi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidoro Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Bilbo in the 13th minute of the match. Isidoro Rio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prudencio Bilbo's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Prudencio Bilbo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isidoro Rio was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 20th minute AFTER GYM FC were awarded a corner. Eustaquio Bazkoare went to the cornerflag to take it. If Bello Cura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 30 played minutes AFTER GYM FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Bazkoare. In the 31st minute, Bello Cura made a precise shot to the right of Ovidiu Acatincăi. AFTER GYM FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Isidoro Rio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Bilbo in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of Argentinean Patriots 1816 booed when AFTER GYM FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erubiel Rayman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute Prudencio Bilbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Argentinean Patriots 1816 made a substitution. Ben-Ami Ranchin replaced Noé Nouveau. The wind increased when Bello Cura made the kick off in the second half. AFTER GYM FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Bilbo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Rio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AFTER GYM FC's 王诚城 was substituted for Dalibor Seman. Argentinean Patriots 1816's Bello Cura got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AFTER GYM FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
