Gianluca Vialli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Napoleon Dziedelonis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Olaf Ciempa kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Loco De la Maza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Min in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Marciano Min ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Loco De la Maza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Napoleon Dziedelonis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gianluca Vialli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 16 minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Baumer came free, but Loco De la Maza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Nardo hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Marciano Min's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Loco De la Maza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes Falckner FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Saul Baumer who took care of the corner kick. Saul Baumer made a great header on Zuberbühler FC's corner, it was just that Falckner FC's Loco De la Maza managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marciano Min in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loco De la Maza saved Falckner FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Min in the 33rd minute of play forced Falckner FC's goalkeeper Loco De la Maza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gianluca Vialli in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Napoleon Dziedelonis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Loco De la Maza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Min, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marciano Min made a kick off. Falckner FC's Severino Gabrio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tiberiu Fința, made in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 55th minute of the match, Marciano Min got a very nice opportunity to score, but Loco De la Maza was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marciano Min fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loco De la Maza having to interfere. Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Florentino Lastur replaced Cirilo Ebardo. Zuberbühler FC's Saul Lamberto was substituted for Mariano Berart. Zuberbühler FC's Jonathan Iruinea was substituted for Marciano Min. Florentino Lastur hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Urbano Shantala hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Loco De la Maza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Baumer, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Zuberbühler FC's Napoleon Dziedelonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Shantala in the 70th minute of play. Florentino Lastur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Loco De la Maza made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Florentino Lastur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Loco De la Maza. That made the score 1-2 in the 77 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Baumer in the 82nd minute of play forced Falckner FC's goalkeeper Loco De la Maza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zuberbühler FC's Napoleon Dziedelonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Vialli in the 86th minute of play. Loco De la Maza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florentino Lastur in the 88th minute. Florentino Lastur made in the 90th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Saul Lamberto however managed to control. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Zuberbühler FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
