Juan Manuel Cruz started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Eigtheenstars 2 got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Abilio. Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Eigtheenstars 2 from getting a goal against them. Juan Manuel Cruz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Ignacio Valery skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Manuel Cruz in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Valery saved Eigtheenstars 2 from getting behind. After 23 played minutes Azulgranas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Transito. Juan Manuel Cruz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ignacio Valery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Henric took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Caruso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartosz Przybyciel made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Azulgranas AFC's Sebastián Méndez. Ignacio Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Beremundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. If Raul Castel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 36 minutes, Juan Manuel Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azulgranas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Manuel Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juan Manuel Cruzs short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Ignacio Valery to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Azulgranas AFC's attentive Geovânio da Silveira managed to snatch the ball when Jose Atarratze made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Beremundo in the 45th minute of play forced Eigtheenstars 2's goalkeeper Ignacio Valery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Eigtheenstars 2 defense, Juan Manuel Cruz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ignacio Valery. The Eigtheenstars 2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ignacio Valery should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauro Caruso to make the kick off. Juan Manuel Cruz took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignacio Valery. Ignacio Valery dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eigtheenstars 2's goalkeeper Ignacio Valery, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jason Matute recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ignacio Valery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Naskrent in the 67th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Bartosz Przybyciel threw the ball into play from the sideline. Azulgranas AFC's Sebastián Méndez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 73 minutes into the match, Azulgranas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Caruso came free, but Leo Henric reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Eigtheenstars 2 booed when Azulgranas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Naskrent didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodosio Abilio hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Manuel Cruz in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignacio Valery prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan Manuel Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Rosendo Paez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Azulgranas AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
